Meet the Board

The Oracle Arts Council was founded by Southcentral Kentucky creatives - writers, artists, and performers - who sought a welcoming space that offered resources creatives actually needed, not just more opportunities to showcase their work. Our current board members are listed below.

President

Mary Gibbs

Mary "Rhee" is our Founder and President. Her passion for the arts started at a young age when her first poem was published in the Detroit Children’s Museum newsletter. Since then, she’s been an author, actress, belly dancer, stunt performer, magician’s assistant, and now miniature artist with her own business, Rhee’s Minis and More.

Vice President

S.J. Holley

S.J. is a true ADHD artist who collects new artistic mediums like Pokémon cards. They are as passionate about community and connection as they are about art and self expression. They are the owner and artist behind Dice Goblin Gaming.

Secretary

Annastasia Ellis

Annastasia (Stacey) is your dedicated secretary. She runs the business LunaSea Designs, crafting geeky resin keychains, earrings, popsockets, and more. She loves learning new things, so point her at’em, and she’s ready to stuff her brain full of knowledge!

Treasurer & Director of Fundraising

Tiffany Isselhardt

Tiffany is an independent historian, author, and fundraiser inspired by a lifetime of Indiana Jones, museum adventuring, and books. She co-runs Corvus Chromatics with her hubby, Michael, where they create mad planetary and museum art, and can often be found down a historical rabbit hole that may lead to her next article or book.

Director of Live Entertainment

Chip Gillock

Chip is the Director of Live Entertainment. When not hosting the stage, he is an active member of the Western Kentucky Ghostbusters and is known to arrive anywhere in full uniform! Who ya gonna call when you want to share your talents on the stage? Chip Gillock!
